New plans have been filed for a two-story office building at 616 Ramona Street in University South, Palo Alto. The project will replace a similarly sized office building on-site. The Hayes Group is the project applicant and architect responsible for the design.

Crews have started with the first four of eleven new structures to replace 28 acres of surface parking once used for the San Francisco Giants Oracle Park visitors. The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been published for 550 East Brokaw Road, a multi-phase office development in North San Jose. The proposal will replace the former Fry’s Electronics store and surface parking lot to build four office towers and two parking garages. Bay West Development is responsible for the project.
Plans for a new life science building at 210 Adrian Court in Millbrae is scheduled for review by the city’s planning commission on Monday, May 16th. A new rendering has been revealed for the six-story project, set to rise directly across from the nearby BART Station, end of the line in San Mateo County. Longfellow Real Estate Partners is responsible for the application.
The draft supplemental environmental impact report has been published for the Middlefield Park master plan, a dense mixed-use development with 1,900 new homes and offices planned in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The document will be available for public comment from now until early June for review by the Mountain View Community Development Department. Google is responsible for the project as the property owner, with Lendlease as the developer and sponsor.
