Crews have completed the foundation, with work starting on the two levels of basement parking that will sit beneath new housing and commercial space. Sacramento Locust Associates is the project sponsor, working with the owners, Litke Properties.
Permits have been filed for a potential new skyscraper to replace the existing Golden Gate University campus at 536 Mission Street in SoMa, San Francisco.
