Public Hearing Continues for 2701 Hooper Drive, San Ramon

The San Ramon planning commission is scheduled to hear plans about demolishing the Golden Skate roller rink. The project would create 47 townhome units across 3.5 acres of land within the Crow Canyon Specific Plan. However, the application is significantly smaller than the 2017-era proposal for a 227-unit apartment building. Hassan Sharifi, the owner of Golden Skate, is responsible for the development through Windflower Fields LLC as the property owner.

Rendering Revealed for 300 South Mathilda Avenue, Office Component of CityLine Sunnyvale

New high-resolution renderings have been revealed for the proposed six-story office building at 300 South Mathilda Avenue in Sunnyvale. The project is part of the city-altering CityLine Sunnyvale development that is bringing housing, offices, retail, and a new public park to Santa Clara County’s second most populous city. The project is being led by STC Venture LLC, a joint venture with Hunter Properties and Sares Regis Group.

Permits Filed For Mixed-Use At 201 El Camino Real, Menlo Park

Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new mixed-use project proposed at 201 El Camino Real in Menlo Park. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story mixed-use building with two levels of on-site parking. Plans call for architectural control and environmental review for the demolition of an existing commercial building and multi-family residential building.
