The public review period has started for the Mitigated Negative Declaration for 2655 The Alameda in Santa Clara, Santa Clara County. The development aims to replace a vacant parcel with 39 homes by the Santa Clara University Campus. Kapital Partners is the property owner.
Development permits have been issued allowing for a new residential project proposed at 2400 Adeline Street in McClymonds, Oakland. The project proposal includes demolishing an existing commercial building and constructing a four-story residential building with twenty-eight condominiums. KTGY Architects, Signature Development Group and Ripley Designs are managing the concept and design of this project.
The project profile has been submitted to the Planning Commission for an eight-story hotel at 12 Mint Plaza in SoMa, San Francisco. The plans will replace a two-story structure with a new pod-style hotel inspired by the Japanese examples. Kansas-based Elsey Partners is responsible for the development.

The project will redevelop over six acres of industrial land near the city’s downtown core with 132 apartments, commercial space in a preserved structure, and new accessible public waterfront landscaping. UrbanMix Development is responsible for the application.
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 148-156 Crescent Avenue in Sunnyvale. The project proposal includes the construction of 19 condominiums in multiple three-story buildings. The project also proposes to retain the single-family house built on the site, under the development permits submitted. A separate resource allocation permit has also been submitted to allow for the demolition of an existing residence on the premises. Terra Holdings is the project developer.
