The project proposal includes the demotion of an existing non-historic warehouse in order to make way for a parking lot. The building was constructed in 1922. Signature Development is the project developer.
Imwalle Properties is just two days away from possible approval by the city of San Jose for the proposed 15-story commercial office infill at 250 Stockon Avenue by Diridon Station, Santa Clara County. The project will create nearly a million square feet of new office space within Google’s proposed Downtown West master plan. But as the tech giant has delayed the start of its further urban expansion, so is the initial early 2024 groundbreaking for 250 Stockton Avenue.

SDG Architects is responsible for the designs. R3 Studios is the landscape architect.
New renderings have been revealed for a ten-story residential infill at 2900 Shattuck Avenue in South Berkeley, Alameda County. The project will have 221 apartments with some affordable housing across from the famous Berkeley Bowl grocery store. NX Ventures, an ambitious firm with nearly two thousand units and the tallest plans in the city pipeline, is the project developer.
