The project will bring sixty-three residential units and 10,560 square feet of light industrial use. Align Real Estate is responsible for the development.

Renderings have been revealed for a new four-story single-family building at 3669 21st Street in Noe Valley, San Francisco. The proposal will be a luxury addition to the abandoned parcel, with design from the same architecture firm behind one of the most expensive homes ever sold in the city. An additional dwelling unit, or ADU, will be included on the first level. PBC Holding LLC is responsible for the development as the property owner.

The total area of three lots is 6,750 square feet, with each lot measuring 2,250 square feet. The building facades are proposed to rise to a height of 40 feet.
