The project will replace a low-density block with light industrial and laboratory space. New York-based Madison Capital is responsible for the project as the property owner.

The curtainwall-clad building showcases the design from one of the city’s most influential firms, Stanley Saitowitz Natoma Architects. Universal Electric Supply Company is the property owner, operating through 340-350 11th Street LLC.

The proposal will create new R&D and Manufacturing facilities within a high-tech net-zero carbon building. The project is being developed by Spear Street Capital, headquartered in the city’s prominent Spear Towers.
