A new residential project has been proposed for development of 2740 McAllister Street in Lone Mountain, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new four-story residential building. Plans call for the demolition of the exisiting building on the site.
New plans have been revealed for the abnormally-shaped parcel at 98 Pennsylvania Avenue at the bottom of Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The six-story apartment complex is designed to create 64 apartments with the help of the State Density Bonus program, fewer than once proposed but still greater than base zoning would allow.
Plans to expand and convert an industrial building have been proposed at 620 3rd Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of vertical addition to the existing building. Heller Manus is responsible for the design concepts.
Updated renderings have been published for the residential infill proposal at 67-69 Belcher Street in San Francisco’s Castro neighborhood. The plans call for 31 units with architecture by one of the city’s most prominent firms, Stanley Saitowitz | Natoma Architects. The new illustrations show an augmentation from the previous iterations, most notably with a perforated aluminum parapet. Along the exterior, the aluminum window frames are to be colored white to match the brick veneer instead of black. Finally, the base level will now include two exposed concrete pillars instead of one.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed at 347-349 10th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a condominium building offering three units. The exisiting residences, a two-unit building, is listed as Class A historic resource. It rises two stories over basement. DNM Architecture is responsible for the designs.
