Prologis is sponsoring plans to build a new industrial center at 749 Toland Street and 2000 McKinnon Avenue, located in Bayview, San Francisco. Dubbed the San Francisco Gateway, the two-structure development will loom over I-280, an important artery for drivers moving between Downtown San Francisco and the Peninsula. Jackson Liles Architecture is responsible for the design.
A new residential project has been proposed at 333 Burnett Avenue in Twin Peaks, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of two residential buildings on each subdivided property lot. Burnett-Copper Alley LLC is the property owner. EE Weiss Architects Inc is responsible for the design concepts.
Construction work is moving forward for 1580 Pacific Avenue, a six-story development rising on the northwest edge of Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project started by demolishing an existing commercial structure and surface parking. The new building will create 53 new homes, designed by San Francisco-based RG Architecture.
New renderings have been revealed for a six-story residential infill at 1298 Potrero Avenue in San Francisco’s Mission District. The project will replace a 0.06-acre site with a commercial structure and surface parking with nine new homes. De Quesada Architects is responsible for the design.
