Its curtain wall facade is fully sealed up, though work remains for interiors and landscaping. SKS Partners is sponsoring the development, working in partnership with the property’s longtime owner.

The residential project proposal includes the construction of three new two-story residential buildings housing nineteen dwelling units. SIA Consulting is managing the design concepts and construction of the project. P & J Builders is the owner of the property.
The Marriott Marquis at 55 Fourth Street in SoMa is the 47th tallest tower in SFYIMBY’s Countdown of the 52 tallest buildings planned or built in the Bay Area. This asymmetrical tower stands as the most prominent postmodernist skyscraper in the city and an enduring icon in the skyline. The hotel was completed in 1989 with a rooftop height of 436 feet.
Construction is expected to start soon for phase two of Potrero HOPE SF, a development plan to replace 619 affordable units with 1,700 new residences, of which 819 will be sold below-market-rate. The developers have already finished phase one, and they tell SFYIMBY construction will start this month on phase two, including 1801 25th Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. BRIDGE Housing is developing the project, with the San Francisco Housing Authority as the property owner.
New renderings have been released for a three-story mixed-use building at 2453 Sacramento Street in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The project will provide new apartments along with a sizable ground-level retail space. Vera Cort of Cort Properties VC is listed as responsible for the development as the property owner.
