Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 2732 Greenwich Street in Marina District, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the renovation of an existing two-family residence. Winder Gibson Architects is responsible for the designs.

The team, in partnership with Tishman Speyer and other stakeholders, celebrated the official opening of China Basin Park yesterday morning, two days after announcing that leasing has started for the Studio Gang-designed residential tower, aptly named Verde. Construction is nearly over for the first phase of the city’s mixed-use Mission Rock master plan.
New plans have surfaced for a 23-story residential tower at 1965 Market Street in San Francisco close to the Castro. The tower is a remarkable increase from the same developer’s initial plans to add two hundred rental apartments to the historic property at the corner of Market Street and Duboce Avenue. Keller Grover Properties is the project applicant.
The San Francisco Board of Supervisors is scheduled to vote later today to provide a $115.8 million construction loan for affordable housing at Transbay Block 2 East. The proposal is expected to rise 17 stories tall and bring 184 below-market-rate rental apartments to 200 Folsom Street in the heart of the densely-developed Transbay neighborhood. Mercy Housing is the project sponsor.
Construction is moving quickly for the dense residential complex rising at 555 Bryant Street in SoMa, San Francisco. A recent site visit by YIMBY shows concrete has reached the 11th story, and crews have started facade installation. Strada Investment Group is the project developer, and Swinerton is the general contractor.
