New building permits have been filed for the market-rate component of 1111 Sutter Street in Lower Nob Hill, San Francisco. The application follows affordable housing permits submitted in late November of last year. Martin Building Company is responsible for the development.
Revised plans have been filed for the proposed affordable senior housing infill project at 3333 Mission Street in San Francisco’s Bernal Heights neighborhood. The updates include several concessions to reduce the project’s impact along Coleridge Street, though no changes will be made to the residential capacity. Bernal Heights Housing Corporation is the project developer.
New renovation and expansion work has been proposed for an existing single-family residence located at 7 Bennington Street in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes interior renovation, expansion on the second floor, and modifications to the front and rear facades.

In the ultra-wealthy Sea Cliff neighborhood, the project is being built for one the richest residents, the trust of former presidential candidate and local billionaire Tom Steyer. Amy Lee of 3S San Francisco, a permit expediting firm, is responsible for the application.
A new restaurant and entertainment space have been proposed for development at 1815 Market Street in Mission District, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of a new rooftop Caribbean cocktail bar and nightclub. Dante Buckley of The Divine Comedy LLC is the owner. Arcsine is responsible for the designs. According to public records, the building’s owner is Siamak Akhavan.
