PPA Filed for New United Irish Cultural Center, Parkside, San Francisco

A preliminary project assessment has been filed for a proposed new home for the United Irish Cultural Center at 2700 45th Avenue in San Francisco’s Parkside neighborhood. The six-story building will significantly expand the existing structure with expanded programming to serve the Bay Area’s Irish community. The United Irish Cultural Center Inc. is responsible for the development as the property owner.

Public Hearing Scheduled For 230 Anza Street, Inner Richmond, San Francisco

Conditional Use permits have been filed, seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 230 Anza Street in Inner Richmond, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story residence. Plans also call for the demolition of an existing two-story building housing two units.
