The project would rise from a small corner lot in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond with nine units, of which three will be affordable. The proposal is seeking HOME-SF authorization to allow construction, along with exceptions for rear yard requirements and approval for the purposes of CEQA.
New building permits have been filed for 10 South Van Ness Avenue, the sixth tallest project in the Bay Area’s pipeline. The 590-foot residential tower would create 966 new homes from a triangular 1.2-acre lot between Market and Mission Street in San Francisco’s Civic Center. Crescent Heights is responsible for the development.
New plans have been filed for the George Perine House, a Second Empire building at 535 Powell Street in San Francisco’s Union Square neighborhood. The project would reshape the three-story commercial building with six new rental apartments. Minor exterior work would retain the building’s historic facade. USL Property Management is responsible for the application.
San Francisco’s Architecture Review Committee is scheduled to review the proposed reuse of 2 Stockton Street in the city’s Union Square neighborhood. The project would partially demolish the existing building, reskinning the exterior and adding four new levels of office space. Strada Investment Group is responsible for the development.
Sales have launched for the newest residential addition to San Francisco’s Duboce Triangle neighborhood, 2238 Market Street. The recently-finished building offers 42 condominiums and two townhomes with prices ranging from $800,000 to $4 million. Prado Group and Vanke USA jointly developed the project.
