New renderings have been revealed for a three-story mixed-use building at 2513 Irving Street in San Francisco’s Sunset District. The proposal will rise across from 2550 Irving Street, where a 98-unit affordable housing project will demolish the offices for The Police Credit Union. The Police Credit Union is responsible for the development at 2513 Irving.
Demolition permits have been filed for a portion of CityView Mega development in downtown San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a tech office campus at 170 Park Center Plaza, featuring retail and office space. Plans call for the demolition of existing buildings and the removal of twenty threes. Jay Paul Company is the project developer. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Proposal for a mixed-use structure at 4311 MacArthur Boulevard in Laurel, Oakland moves forward. Grading permits have been filed to evaluate and condition earth-moving activity in accordance with the County Grading Ordinance. AMG & Associates is the project developer. Urban Planning Partners Inc is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Pre-application permits have been filed for a four-unit addition to 3210 Harrison Street, located between Pill Hill and Adams Point by Downtown Oakland. The project would produce a three-story building while retaining an existing mixed-use building on the parcel. Shan Masuda Design is listed as the applicant and architect, while Oakland-based Ahmed and Ishmael are responsible for the development operating through 3210 Harrison LLC.
New building permits have been filed for three townhouse structures to be built at 1834 Worthington Circle as part of Santa Clara’s Agrihood showpiece development. The three buildings will contribute 36 new dwelling units as part of the multi-structure 361-unit project with an acre and a half of agricultural land. The development is a private-public partnership with the City of Santa Clara and Core Companies.
