The new building will add 70 new apartments to the Silicon Valley housing market. Cord Associates is responsible for the development.
A top-level tenant has been secured for 100 Stockton Street, the newly redeveloped retail hub by San Francisco’s Union Square. Chotto Matte, an international Peruvian-Japanese Restaurant, will operate from the rooftop terrace by 2022. Morgan Stanley and Blatteis & Schnur are responsible for the development.
Developers have filed an entitlement application for the seven-story residential project at 1116 18th Street in Midtown Sacramento. The infill would add 24 new apartment units to the state capital housing market. SKK Developments is responsible for the proposal via 18th St Alfa LLC.
Replacement permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new retail project at 5611 Stockton Boulevard in Fruitridge, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a single-story retail building with drive-through and sidewalks. Tilton Pacific Construction is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Hines has announced a deal with Rosewood Hotels and Resorts to occupy the hospitality portion of 550 Howard Street, a mixed-use tower set to break ground early next year in SoMa, San Francisco. Dubbed Parcel F, it is the tallest of the remaining Transbay tower parcel remaining. The 806-foot tall tower is being developed by a joint venture with Hines, Urban Pacific, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
