Developers have filed an entitlement application for the seven-story residential project at 1116 18th Street in Midtown Sacramento. The infill would add 24 new apartment units to the state capital housing market. SKK Developments is responsible for the proposal via 18th St Alfa LLC.
Replacement permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new retail project at 5611 Stockton Boulevard in Fruitridge, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a single-story retail building with drive-through and sidewalks. Tilton Pacific Construction is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Hines has announced a deal with Rosewood Hotels and Resorts to occupy the hospitality portion of 550 Howard Street, a mixed-use tower set to break ground early next year in SoMa, San Francisco. Dubbed Parcel F, it is the tallest of the remaining Transbay tower parcel remaining. The 806-foot tall tower is being developed by a joint venture with Hines, Urban Pacific, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Plans have been published showcasing a new design for 1324-1326 Powell Street, San Francisco. The proposal will replace a two-story structure with an eight-story mixed-use project between Broadway and Pacific Avenue in Chinatown, by the neighborhood’s northern edge. Cafe-owner Mahmoud Larizadeh is responsible for the development as the property owner.

The meeting will be held in the shadow of great uncertainty as the baseball team remains silent on if it is still committed to the project. Delays and the risk that the baseball stadium would not be ready in time have led the team to tease a move to Las Vegas.
