The project proposed to add four buildings, three of which contain 637 apartments, of which 230 will be affordable. Addressed at 845 Embarcadero, Parcel G will bring affordable housing, retail, and amenities across an oddly-shaped footprint. Oakland-based Signature Development Group is developing the project, with joint-financing from Signature, China-based Zarsion Holdings Group, and Reynolds & Brown.
