The project will replace a vacant commercial structure with offices directly across from the new light rail station and two blocks from Caltrain’s San Francisco Station. Trammell Crow Company is the developer after purchasing the site from Strada last year for $54 million.

Santa Clara City Planning Commission has granted approval mixed-use development proposed by Google in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale property lot with thousands of residences, open space, public spaces, and office spaces. The site is occupied by 69 buildings. Demolition will be required for all but one of the existing structures.
