Senior Housing at 1001 Van Ness Avenue Nears Completion, San Francisco

Construction is finishing up on Coterie Cathedral Hill, a luxury senior housing development at 1001 Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco’s small Cathedral Hill neighborhood. The project adds 209 new units to the poorly supplied market of high-end senior housing. Coterie Cathedral Hill will be just the second project for the new Coterie Brand, a collaboration between Related Companies and Atria Senior Living.

Preliminary Application Filed For A Mixed-Use At 4550 Mission Street, Outer Mission, San Francisco

Preliminary permits have been filed requesting the approval of a new mixed-use building at 4550 Mission Street in Outer Mission, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story building with a basement, offering residential and retail spaces and onsite parking. Plans call for the demolition of two existing one-story commercial buildings on the site. Anje LLC is the property owner. Schaub Ly Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

PPA Published for $2 Billion Stonestown Redevelopment, San Francisco

San Francisco has published their first review of the Stonestown Development Project. The planning department has published their Preliminary Project Assessment (PPA), kickstarting the multi-year entitlement process between the City and the project developer, Brookfield Properties. As it stands, the project aims to replace over two dozen acres of surface parking around the mall with thousands of homes, new shops, office space, a hotel, and public parks.
