New renderings have been revealed for a five-story residential infill at 5425 Mission Street, located in Crocker-Amazon and across from the southern half of the Outer Mission in San Francisco. Construction will replace a two-story commercial structure and a surface parking lot with 42 new homes. SIA Consulting is managing the architecture and application.
The GLIDE Foundation has submitted the preliminary project application for modernized facilities and a new ten-story office tower at 334 Ellis Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The $200 million plans would expand institutional capacity, improve its accessibility for community services, and modernize the existing Glide Memorial Church building systems. EHDD Architecture will be responsible for the design.

The project would replace the single-story commercial structure occupied by the popular Marlowe restaurant with offices, retail, and a future restaurant deck. Canopy Project Management is acting as the project manager.
Updated renderings have been published for the two-structure residential infill proposed for 2536 California Street in the affluent Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. While the previous rendering shows the building facing California, this new design presents the view from Perine Place, the alley on the property’s north end. EAG Studio is the project architect.
Since our last update in June of 2021, crews have made significant progress toward realizing The Fitzgerald, a mixed-use residential project at 2750 19th Street in the Mission District, San Francisco. Once complete, Fitzgerald will have 63 apartments above light industrial office space. Align Real Estate is responsible for the project.
