If built today, the 65-story project would become the fifth-tallest skyscraper in the city, with nearly a thousand apartments. Florida-based Crescent Heights is the project developer.

The project aims to replace a gas station and single-story commercial building with retail and nearly four hundred rental apartments. N17 is responsible for the application and filing on behalf of the property owner, Allrise Capital.

New building permits have been requested for the affordable educator housing project at 750 Golden Gate Avenue in the Fillmore District, San Francisco. Once issued, construction can start replacing formerly state-owned surface parking lots with an eight-story infill. MidPen Housing is the lead developer, working with consulting developer Tishman Speyer.
