Initial renderings have been revealed for a dense residential project at Mission Bay Block 4 East in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. The proposal will create four hundred affordable apartments across two structures, rising 16 stories and 23 stories respectively across two phases. Curtis Development and Bayview Senior Services are the joint developers.
The San Francisco Planning Commission is scheduled to review the eight-story proposal at 425 Broadway in North Beach, San Francisco. The development has been undergoing planning department review since its last change of ownership in 2017, evolving several times and increasing its potential residential capacity to 75 units. San Jose-based Yeh’s Development is the project applicant filing through Montgomery Place LLC.
The redevelopment and expansion of a 3400 Laguna Street in San Francisco’s Marina neighborhood has met final approvals from the City of San Francisco and received a notice of determination from CEQA this month. The project can now begin with the plans to expand facilities by more than 58,000 square feet.
Preliminary plans have been filed for a six-story infill project at 926 Natoma Street in SoMa, San Francisco. Project plans shared with the application show renderings of a narrow infill rising six floors with six rental apartments. MASK Properties LLC is listed as the project sponsor.
The official groundbreaking ceremony was held yesterday morning by MidPen Housing to celebrate the construction of 167 units of affordable housing at 750 Golden Gate Avenue and 850 Turk Street in San Francisco’s Fillmore District. The ceremony was held at 750 Golden Gate Avenue, where the first floor of concrete is already complete. One block away, demolition work is nearly complete at 850 Turk Street.
