The proposal replaces a single-family house with a four-story apartment building with four new homes. Dave O’Donnell is responsible for the application as the building owner.
New renderings have been revealed for a proposed commercial infill at 212 Ritch Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The proposal would replace a two-story commercial structure and a vacant lot with offices and a new restaurant space. Y.A. Studio is the project’s architect.
555 California Street is the sixth tallest skyscraper in the Bay Area, planned or built. Formerly known as the Bank of America Building, the distinct carnelian granite-clad tower stands 779 feet above the San Francisco Financial District streets. 555 California was briefly the tallest building in the country west of the Mississippi River when finished in 1969. Vornado Realty Trust and the Trump Organization are joint property owners.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 1320 Washington Street in Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new six-story building with a basement. Plans call for the demolition of an existing two-story commercial public parking garage. Handel Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
