New building permits have been filed for a nine-story residential infill at 1462 Pine Street in San Francisco’s Nob Hill neighborhood. The project will create 104 new homes with 23 affordable units, utilizing the State Density Bonus program. The Atlas Property Group is listed as the project developer.
The preliminary project application has been filed for a 46-story residential tower at 636 4th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The proposal uses the State Density Bonus to include 522 new homes above retail. Detailed renderings have yet to be released.
Permitting progress has been documented for a six-story residential infill at 2955 Mission Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. The proposal has increased slightly to produce 18 homes directly across from the now-demolished former historic laundromat at 2918 Mission and close to BART. Sternberg Benjamin Architects is responsible for the design.
A new single-family residence has been proposed for construction at 175 Anderson Street in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new two-story residence. The project calls for the demolition of the existing singles-story single-family home on the site. 444 Architects is responsible for the designs.
Renderings have been revealed for a four-story laboratory at 1717 Mission Street in the Mission District of San Francisco. The plans would replace the property formerly owned by the corrupt permit expeditor Walter Wong, involved with the City Hall corruption scandal centered around Mohammed Nuru. Wong sold the property earlier this year to the developer Align Real Estate.
