Renderings Revealed For 67-69 Belcher Street, The Castro, San Francisco

New renderings have been revealed for a residential project proposed for development at 67-69 Belcher Street in the Castro district in San Francisco. The project proposal includes the addition of 36 new units to the city’s housing market. The proposal will replace a single dwelling unit. Durkin Inc is the property owner. Stanley Saitowitz | Natoma Architects is responsible for the designs.

Campus Expansion Proposed For USF At 270 Masonic Street, Anza Vista, San Francisco

University of San Francisco may soon expand its campus at 270 Masonic Street in Anza Vista, San Francisco. USF President Paul J. Fitzgerald and USF plan to expand interdisciplinary learning and research in the sciences. After 10 years of discussions with the nonprofit that owned it, University of San Francisco purchased Blood Bank located at 270 Masonic Street for $31 million in June. The purchase adds 1.5 acres to the Hilltop campus.
