The affordable housing proposal aims to replace a long-time vacant hardware store with four hundred units and parking in the heart of the neighborhood. The Pacific Companies is responsible for the development.
A new affordable housing project has been proposed for the development at 2530 18th Street in Mission District, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new affordable housing development offering 73 units. The project site is currently owned by 2530 18th, LLC, an affiliate of Homeless Prenatal Program (HPP). HPP is working with the developer Mercy Housing. Mithun is the project architect.
Public review is being requested for the potential redevelopment of 1921-1927 West San Carlos Street in Burbank, unincorporated Santa Clara County. The proposal includes the annexation of the roughly half-acre property to become part of the City of San Jose while constructing nearly a hundred units of affordable housing. Los Angeles-based PATH Ventures is responsible for the application.
Building permits have been filed for the five-story affordable housing complex at 1708 Harmon Street in South Berkeley, Alameda County. The proposal could bring new senior housing in the backyard of the Ephesians Church Of God In Christ. The project will be developed by the Community Housing Development Corporation of North Richmond.
Planning permits have been filed for a potential residential addition to the recently sold apartment complex at 81 Mayhew Way in Pleasant Hill, Contra Costa County. The project would add 149 apartments to the existing 418-unit senior housing community. Bridge Investment Group Holdings and Bridge Workforce Funding are the property owners after purchasing the site for $101 million this July.
