Crane Dismantling Starts for 1028 Market Street, Tenderloin, San Francisco

A new apartment building overlooking Market Street is nearing the opening point. Crews have begun dismantling the crane for 1028 Market Street in the southeast corner of San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The project will produce affordable and market-rate housing blocks away from two BART Stations. The Olympic Residential Group and Tidewater Capital are responsible for the development.

Planning applications have been submitted seeking the approval of a mixed-use project at 1057 El Camino Real in Redwood City. The project proposal consists of developing a strip mall into a transit village featuring new homes, commercial space, and public open space. Lowe and Eden Housing is the project applicant and developer. HOK is managing the design concept and construction.

Plans Revealed for Mixed-use Neighborhood at 333 Ravenswood Avenue, Menlo Park

SRI and Lane Partners have announced plans for a mixed-use neighborhood to replace the 63-acre office campus at 333 Ravenswood Avenue in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The proposal, dubbed Parkline, would include at least 400 new dwelling units with affordable housing, a public park area, and new office buildings. The developers are scheduling to receive public input during listening sessions this July before submitting formal plans.
