CEQA Review Underway for Meta’s Willow Village in Menlo Park

Progress is being made on Willow Village, a 59-acre mixed-use urban development proposed by Facebook’s owner, Meta, in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The Draft Environmental Impact Report was published last week, making an essential step towards approval, and the project team has announced new refinements based on community feedback. Signature Development Group is the project developer.

Palo Alto Homekey Proposed for 1237 San Antonio Road, Palo Alto

Plans for the Palo Alto Homekey have reached the planning department, with an application for entitlement recently submitted and under review. The project is being developed by the City of Palo Alto in collaboration with Menlo Park-based LifeMoves. Once complete, the project would create a support services facility and 76 units of temporary housing for formerly homeless individuals.

Community Feedback Platform Opens for 440 Arden Way, North Sacramento

Plans are under review for a five-story affordable housing project to rise at 440 Arden Way, located in Old North Sacramento. BRIDGE Housing Corporation has proposed to replace the vacated Sacramento armory building with 124 new homes, including 31 permanent supportive housing. Now, the nonprofit developer is working with coUrbanize to get community feedback with the launch of a new website.
