The proposal would create 91 affordable units on top of a parcel spanning less than half an acre. Lighthouse at Grace LLC is responsible for filing, and the property had been owned by a Fraternity, Sigma Nu’s Zeta Iota Chapter.
A preliminary project assessment permit has been filed to review a senior housing project at 1200 Larkin Street in Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the demolition of an existing commercial structure and the construction of residences for seniors.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a mixed-use project at 19 North 2nd Street in downtown San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a residential tower with commercial space and senior housing. Plans call for the demolition of the interior of a 15,000 square-foot historic building while retaining and integrating the street-facing two-story facade and parapet. Roygbiv Real Estate Development is the project developer. Anderson Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Development permits have been filed to construct a mixed-use development spanning 2.1 acres at 147 East Santa Clara Street in the expanding urban core of Downtown San Jose. The application expects to build 415 residential units, 525,000 square feet of office space, and ground-level retail. Urban Catalyst is responsible for the proposal.

Thirty-nine units are proposed, including affordable housing. Ronald Mallia of RJM Properties is responsible for the development, operating through 4199 Mission Street LLC.
