Construction Update for Middle Plaza at 200-500 El Camino Real, Menlo Park, Silicon Valley

A recent site visit by SFYIMBY reveals that construction is well underway for the mixed-use development at Middle Plaza in Menlo Park, Silicon Valley. The project will bring 215 new apartments beside 10,000 square feet of retail, a new public park, and 276,610 square feet of new office space within walking distance from a Caltrain station. Stanford University is sponsoring the development.

Construction Imminent for Phase Two of Potrero HOPE SF Development, Potrero Hill, San Francisco

Construction is expected to start soon for phase two of Potrero HOPE SF, a development plan to replace 619 affordable units with 1,700 new residences, of which 819 will be sold below-market-rate. The developers have already finished phase one, and they tell SFYIMBY construction will start this month on phase two, including 1801 25th Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. BRIDGE Housing is developing the project, with the San Francisco Housing Authority as the property owner.

Renderings Revealed for 468 Turk Street, Tenderloin, San Francisco

New renderings have been revealed for a nine-story group housing development at 468 Turk Street in the Tenderloin, San Francisco. The 102-foot structure will yield 36,860 square feet, of which 22,190 square feet is dedicated to residential use, and 3,200 square feet for shared living spaces. 2,230 square feet of open space will be available for residents at the basement level and the roof. Turk Street LLC is responsible for the development, with Maddern Construction hired as the contractor.
