Building permits have been issued for an affordable housing project proposed for development at 2255 International Boulevard in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story mixed-use building offering 100% affordable housing apartments and commercial space. Cahill Contractors is the project contractor. Pyatok Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
The San Jose City Council has unanimously approved plans for the mixed-use development at Cambrian Park Village in West San Jose, Santa Clara County. The master plan includes 455 homes, a hotel, assisted living, and retail centered around a public park. Kimco Realty Group is responsible for the application.
New permits have been filed for Block 7 in HOPE SF’s Sunnydale master plan in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco. Block 7 will provide affordable housing aimed at family households. Mercy Housing is responsible for the project as the property owner.
Construction has finished for the 100% affordable residential complex at 290 Malosi Street, located within HOPE SF’s Sunnydale masterplan in San Francisco. The new block adds 167 new units along with a landscaped central courtyard, amenities, and community space to the Visitacion Valley neighborhood. Mercy Housing and The Related Companies are the project developer.
Parcel Projects and McCormack Baron Salazar have proposed a visionary seven-story mixed-use building at 2301 Telegraph Avenue in Northgate, Oakland. The plan will create a multi-faceted cultural anchor led by several local organizations and 58 affordable housing units. Architectural design is a collaboration with Parcel Projects and Mithun.
