The California Supreme Court has rejected an appeal for the Terrace of Lafayette apartment project, clearing the path for constructing 315 new homes in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The development, around twelve years in the making, will reshape an empty 22 acres of land ​​overlooking Highway 24 toward the region’s iconic natural landmark, Mount Diablo.
