The filings come less than two months after the planning applications were approved. FORMA Development Design & Management is the project sponsor and architect.

The proposal has increased from 2018-approved plans for a five-story building, with the application now seeking an eight-story building with housing and ground-floor retail. The property owner is listed as a Burlingame-based individual filing through 4101 Third Street LLC.
