The project aims to add 456 larger apartments tailored for students on the western edge of the UC Berkeley campus. Chicago-based Core Spaces is responsible for the application, with planning and CEQA consultation from the Rhoades Planning Group.
The Sunnyvale Planning Commission has unanimously approved plans for a six-story mixed-use development at 1027 and 1035 West El Camino Real in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The project will provide independent and assisted living units next to a three-story, 52-bed convalescent hospital. Solana Beach-based PMB, a healthcare real estate developer, is responsible for the application.
New permits have been filed for a 26-story residential infill at 896 Folsom Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project aims to reshape a small tenth-acre parcel with over a hundred homes and retail at the corner of Folsom and Fifth Street. New detailed renderings have been published alongside the formal application for a 30-story mixed-use tower at 910 Marshall Street in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The development aims to create a senior residential care facility with over three hundred units, retail, and parking, in the heart of the county seat. R&M Properties, a Palo Alto-based real estate firm, is responsible for the proposal.
