The building is rising at 600 South First Street, located at the street’s intersection with East Reed Street and next to the I-280 Freeway. Scape, an international real estate firm with offices in Boston, is the project developer.
Construction work is moving fast for 200 Park Avenue, a 19-story office tower rising in Downtown San Jose. The project topped out in late January, and now facade installation is six floors away from the peak, showcasing the metallic carved design by Gensler. The project developer is the Jay Paul Company.
Development permits have been filed seeking the construction of a new mixed-use project at 99 Southgate Avenue in Daly City. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story mixed-use building offering residential and commercial spaces. The project proposes the demolition of an existing vacant Burlington Coat Factory retail building on the site. Kimco Westlake LP is the project applicant. SGPA Architecture and Planning is responsible for the design concepts.
Crews have topped out the senior housing block and the townhomes for the multi-structure Santa Clara Agrihood project. The project has reshaped the vacant lot by the border of Santa Clara and San Jose, with plans to open up 361 new homes, retail, and urban farmland by next year. Core Companies, a real estate and construction firm, is responsible for the development.
A new residential project has been planned at 102 East Fremont Avenue in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County.
