New Renderings for 1525 Pine Street, Nob Hill, San Francisco

New renderings have been released along with CUA approval for 1525 Pine Street, an eight-story residential proposal with adaptive reuse of the historic Grubstake facade in Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project was approved in July. An appeal was filed last week by neighbors, though it is widely expected to fail. San Francisco-based Pine Street Development is responsible for the project.

Documents Filed for 650 Divisadero Street Plan Alamo Square, San Francisco

A new application has breathed new life into the years-old plan for a six-story mixed-use building for 650 Divisadero Street in San Francisco’s Alamo Square neighborhood. A transit demand management application has been filed, fulfilling a requirement for approval. The project will add 66 rental units to the housing market, including some affordable units. Divco Group is responsible for the development.

Large Apartment Proposal for 200-215 North 16th Street, Sacramento

Planning applications have been filed for a new three-block mixed-use development at 200, 211, and 215 North 16th Street, located on the outskirts of Downtown Sacramento within the River District Special Planning District. If built, the project would expand the urban core with 540 new dwelling units and roughly 70,000 square feet of commercial use. Bauen Capital is responsible for the development.
