The project proposal includes the construction of a six-level building for commercial and retail uses along with market-rate residential units. Riaz Capital is managing the design concepts and construction. Kumiva Group LLC is the property owner.
New building permits have been filed for 212 Ritch Street in the South of Market district in San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story mixed-use building. YA Studio is managing the design concepts and construction.
Construction is nearly complete for One Steuart Lane, the newest waterfront tower to rise in SoMa, San Francisco. Much of the twenty-story facade has been installed, with interior work underway ahead of expected move-ins this summer. Paramount Group and the SRE Group are responsible for the development.
New renderings have been published along with an environmental review of plans for a six-story residential building at 1073-1087 South Winchester Boulevard in West San Jose. The development would add 61 new apartments into the San Jose housing market inside the Winchester Boulevard Urban Village. Cord Associates is the project applicant and developer, and San Jose-based dentist Adam Askari is the property owner.
The 32nd tallest building in the Bay Area planned or built is 333 O’Farrell Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood by Union Square. The structure rises 493 feet tall to be the tallest structure exclusively for hotel use in the Bay, and was the second of three structures in the full-block Hilton San Francisco complex. 333 O’Farrell opened in 1971 with design by John Carl Warnecke & Associates.
