Exclusive: Renderings Revealed for Willow Park Residential Tower, Menlo Park

New renderings have been revealed alongside the formal application for 80 Willow Road in Menlo Park. The proposal aims to replace the former Sunset Magazine headquarters with Willow Park, a dense mixed-use neighborhood with hundreds of homes, office space, hotel rooms, retail, a Montessori school, and public parks on a creekside property close to downtown Palo Alto. If built, the project would become the tallest in San Mateo County.

Permits Approved for 19-Story Housing at 2305 Webster Street, Oakland

Development permits have been approved for a 19-story residential tower at 2305 Webster Street in Northgate-Waverly, Oakland. However, project developer Avi Nevo is acquiring the new entitlement during a period when most privately funded projects in Oakland that haven’t yet broken ground are on hold. Initial CEQA Study Published for Redevelopment at 455 Hickey Boulevard, Daly City

The Environmental Review Process is underway, with the publication of an Initial Study for the redevelopment of 455 Hickey Boulevard in Daly City, San Mateo County. Palo Alto-based King Asset Management is considering replacing the existing complex with more offices or medical labs. City officials are now asking for public comments on the Initial Study results through late June to inform the Final Environmental Impact Report.
