The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for two eight-story commercial development at 620 Airport Boulevard along the waterfront of Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project would reshape the nearly four-acre property with new office or R&D space surrounded by public landscaping. Boca Lake Office, linked with San Francisco-based developer Lawrence Lui and Vassar Properties, is the property owner.
Updated plans are scheduled to be reviewed tonight for the three-building residential infill of 1532-1556 Mount Diablo Boulevard in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County. The development will replace the low-slung property close to some of the city’s busiest shops with 42 homes and retail. Align Real Estate is the development owner, with the international Woods Bagot responsible for design.
Panoramic Interests has shared new renderings with YIMBY for the 17-story residential tower expected to rise at 2274 Shattuck Avenue in Downtown Berkeley, Alameda County. The infill will replace the shuttered 91-year-old theater while retaining the historical facade for the lobby entrance and cafe. Trachtenberg Architects is responsible for the design.
The Residences @ Shoreline Gateway development has topped out at 1001 North Shoreline Boulevard in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The three-structure project is the second construction phase, creating over three hundred homes between Google’s headquarters and the Mountain View Caltrain. Sares Regis is the developer, working for Lighthouse Real Estate Investments.
Construction has reached the six-story mid-building podium block for 1510 Webster Street in Downtown Oakland, Alameda County. The exposed structure shows off the mass timber framework around the concrete superstructure that makes the 19-story plan unique. Oakland-based oWOW is the project developer and architect.
