The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans today for a multi-structure life sciences/office campus at 1200-1340 Old Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The Peninsula Crossing proposal will create over 1.4 million square feet of commercial space and two ten-story garages. DivcoWest and Woodstock Development are jointly responsible for the project developer.
Initial renderings have been revealed alongside project plans for the six-story mixed-use proposal at 324 Alhambra Boulevard in East Sacramento. Illustrations show that the project will remove the alleyway between C and D Street, bringing a full-block complex with hundreds of market-rate homes to the low-slung parcel. The project applicant is still not listed.
Project review permits have been filed for the renovations of Anchorage Square in San Franciscos’s Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhood. The project will include refreshed storefronts and improvements to the mid-block courtyard. BH Properties is the applicant and property owner.
Zoning and Design Review permits have been filed for the four-story mixed-use infill at 2614 Telegraph Avenue in South Berkeley, Alameda County. The proposal will bring 19 co-living units and retail just two blocks from People’s Park. Gunkel Architecture is responsible for the design.
Renderings have been revealed with eight weeks of submitting a new preliminary plan for a mixed-use project proposed for development at 2211 F Street in Midtown, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story structure offering spaces for residential and commercial uses. The project calls for to replace a former Rite Aid. Sutter Capital Group is responsible for the application.
