The project proposal includes the development of a three-story building with basement. Plans call for the demolition of an existing single-story warehouse on the site. RG Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.

The filing comes just a month after the design review application for Block F was approved by the San Francisco planning commission. Balboa Reservoir is a joint venture between BRIDGE Housing and AvalonBay Communities.

The application comes a year and a half after a preliminary application was filed with the city’s planning department, now with six fewer units. Lauren Alexander of Xander Dev Co, LLC, a Sonoma County-based developer, is listed as responsible for the project.
