The project, designed by KTGY, replaces a previous proposal approved in 2020. The new project pivots from a more intensely commercial development to a more affordable housing-focused plan.
One of Adobe Communities’s latest projects, Sheldon Farms North, is located at 8851 Bruceville Road in Elk Grove, Sacramento County. The five-acre grassland lot is planned as the site for future low-income housing, designed by David Baker Architects, and developed in partnership with The City of Elk Grove.
