Permits have been filed to construct new three-story housing on the rear of 1514 E Street along Eggplant Alley in Downtown Sacramento. The project would add two new townhome-style houses to the lively Mansion Flats neighborhood. Hausman Architecture is responsible for the design.
The General Plan Referral has been filed for The Related Companies mixed-use tower at 530 Sansome Street, a requirement ahead of a Board of Supervisors’ vote to approve. The proposal would replace Fire Station 13 in San Francisco’s Financial District. Two distinct project variants are being considered for the rest of the tower, to build either a 200-guestroom Equinox hotel with a gym and offices or 256 apartments. The development is a public-private partnership with Related, the San Francisco Bureau of Real Estate, and the San Francisco Fire Department.
New construction permits have been filed for a multi-family residential development at 123 West Reed Street in Downtown San Jose. The project will rise just two floors from the currently vacant lot to add three units to the city’s housing market. Visionaire Homes LLC is responsible for the development.
New pre-application permits have been filed for a mixed-use tower at 1261 Harrison Street in Downtown Oakland. The proposal is the third iteration by Pinnacle RED Group for the site, this time rising 22 floors with 207 multi-family dwelling units. Heller Manus Architects is responsible for the design.
The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to decide on an appeal later today of The Mark, a 23-story student-oriented project to be built at 475 South 4th Street in Downtown San Jose. The public teleconference meeting is scheduled to begin today, October 13th, at 6:30 PM.
