New renderings have been published for the eight-story residential infill at 1900 Capitol Avenue in Midtown Sacramento. The proposal could produce 252 homes across two structures just a few blocks from the State Capitol Park at the heart of the city. The Newport Beach-based Voit Company is responsible for the application.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 1708 Kenwood Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of three new two-story multi-family buildings offering 12 units. Elmwood Construction Inc is the project developer. Greyscale Architecture Inc is responsible for the designs.
The Berkeley Zoning Adjustment Board has given the final stamp of approval for a 27-story residential tower at 2128 Oxford Street in Downtown Berkeley. The project aims to add 456 larger apartments tailored for students on the western edge of the UC Berkeley campus. Chicago-based Core Spaces is responsible for the application, with planning and CEQA consultation from the Rhoades Planning Group.
The Sunnyvale Planning Commission has unanimously approved plans for a six-story mixed-use development at 1027 and 1035 West El Camino Real in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The project will provide independent and assisted living units next to a three-story, 52-bed convalescent hospital. Solana Beach-based PMB, a healthcare real estate developer, is responsible for the application.
