New renderings have been published alongside an updated permits filed for a 26-story apartment tower at 777 Sutter Street in Lower Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project will bring 36 rental units to the 0.08-acre lot, replacing the Fleur De Lys restaurant. Forma is the project sponsor and architect.
The San Jose Planning Commission will hold a public hearing this evening for the proposed redevelopment of a 2.71-acre site located at 3315 Sierra Road. The plan, brought by Robson Homes, calls for the demolition of four existing warehouse facilities, one single-family home, and four accessory buildings, to be replaced with 25 new single-family homes. RHA Architects, Civil Engineering Associates, and Design Focus landscape architects will combine their efforts for the new project.
An updated Final Environmental Impact Report has been published for a sprawling urban redevelopment of the former California Pacific Medical Center campus at 3700 California Street in San Francisco’s Presidio Heights. The proposal looks to add nearly five hundred apartments across three blocks and over a dozen separate buildings. Prado Group is responsible for the application.

Now, TJ Development is looking to utilize Senate Bill 423 to streamline the approval of 92 apartments.
