The Presidio Trust has revealed plans for a new housing development at the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard and Girard Road in The Presidio of San Francisco. The application is looking to replace two non-historic buildings with nearly two hundred homes across six structures. David Baker Architects is responsible for the design.
The San Ramon Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tonight for affordable housing at 6001 Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The four-story project will add one hundred units within the much larger Orchards Development masterplan to redevelop the former Chevron global headquarters campus. Eden Housing is the project application, filed on behalf of the property owner, Sunset Development Company.
Demolition permits have been requested for the existing three-story house at 2442 Haste Street in Southside, Berkeley. The filing looks to replace the century-old Hutchinson Flats Building with an eight-story apartment complex with over three dozen units. San Ramon-based 2442 Haste Street LLC is listed as the property owner.
Planning permits have been filed for a large townhome-style development at 1400 Coleman Avenue in Santa Clara, near the San Jose Mineta International Airport. The proposal is looking to add well over a hundred units, averaging over 37 units per acre. City Ventures is the project developer.
Renderings have been revealed for a future four-story athletic and physical education facility at 2801-2835 Geary Boulevard, in San Francisco’s Lone Mountain neighborhoods. The proposal will replace the sixty-year-old Family Billiards pool hall with a new space for the K-12 students of the Schools of the Sacred Heart, San Francisco.
