New renderings are out for 2015 Blake Street after the development team resubmitted plans for the multi-structure residential project on Downtown Berkeley’s edge. The seven-story and three-story buildings yield 168 units with parking and open space on-site. Laconia Development LLC is responsible for the project.
Construction permits have been submitted for a new residential development on 3701 E Commerce Way, Sacramento. This is a part of a larger project at 3701 and 3811 E Commerce Way and will be executed in two phases. The entire project includes seven four-story residential buildings and 360 parking spaces, including covered, uncovered, and individual garage spaces. AG Spanos Companies is the developer, and Kephart is the architect managing the project.
Development permits have been filed for construction at 2400 Adeline Street in McClymonds, Oakland. The project proposal includes demolishing an existing commercial building and constructing a five-story residential building with twenty-nine condominiums. The new development will also have a parking garage with fifteen spaces on the ground floor and a rear detached one-story garage with fourteen parking spaces. KTGY Architects, Signature Development Group and Ripley Designs are managing the concept and design of this project.
Demolition permits have been filed to build a four-building complex at 825 6th Avenue in Merritt, Oakland. The four three-story buildings will produce a total of fifteen town-house units surrounding a landscaped courtyard. Riaz Capital is responsible for the development.
Construction is moving quickly on the 26-story tower at 30 Otis Street in SoMa, San Francisco. Since SFYIMBY’s update in late September, the concrete structure has topped out, and the curtain wall glass facade is just a handful of stories from the peak. Once complete, the project will produce 418 new residential units in the ‘The Hub,’ a rezoned district as part of the city’s master plan. Align Development is responsible for the design.
