Preliminary plans have been filed for a lower-density vision for the over three-acre property at 2200 Calle De Luna in the Tasman East neighborhood of Santa Clara. The latest application looks to bring a six-story apartment complex, half the size of the previous 12-story iteration. Holland Partner Group and NASH Communities were responsible for the previous application through a joint venture.

The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tonight for a dense affordable housing project at 7 Topgolf Drive in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The development will produce nearly eight hundred units across eight seven-story structures, averaging over 240 units per acre. Los Angeles-based affordable housing developer LH Housing is responsible for the application alongside Genesis Commercial Capital.

Meeting Scheduled for Delayed Project at 2800 Mitchell Drive in Walnut Creek

A new meeting has been scheduled to request an extension for the senior housing project previously planned at 2800 Mitchell Drive in Walnut Creek. The Project was previously reported on by SF YIMBY in August of last year, when it was undergoing its original approvals. A successful bid at the new meeting would extend those approvals to compensate for the project’s delayed timeline.
