The six-story project on top of the currently-vacant lot includes three affordable/very-low-income units, with an estimated construction cost of over $1 million. The project, named “Elevant,” will stand 11 floors tall, providing 55 residential units. Developed by JS Sullivan, residents of the future tower will enjoy various amenities, like access to a roof deck, furnished lobby, and a barbecue grill. Residential parking will be offered on-site, with vehicle stackers used to maximize space. All residential units will be condos.

California-based Manouch Moshayedi of MX3 Ventures is responsible for the development after purchasing the parcel in 2015 for nearly $5 million.
