New development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a multi-family residential project proposed for development at 2631 Del Paso Road in North Natomas Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new large-scale residential project comprising 186 two-story duplex residences.
Prado Group has submitted plans for the residential proposal at 3700 California Street in Presidio Heights, San Francisco. The new documents share that the developer plans to build 492 apartments on the former California Pacific Medical Center campus.
Preliminary permits have been filed for hundreds of homes to replace the Walnut Creek Executive Park, a large office campus around 2775 Mitchell Drive in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County. The filing provides the first inkling about a new community named the Mitchell Drive Townhomes, surrounded by strip malls and suburban sprawl.
The Palo Alto Planning and Transportation Commission is scheduled to review plans for a five-story affordable housing infill at 3265 El Camino Real. The project would create 44 new homes for public school educators on a narrow parcel near the California Avenue Caltrain station. Palo Alto-based Half Dome Capital is responsible for the development.
New permits have been filed to replace two single-family homes at 1271 and 1279 East Julian Street with just over three hundred units of fully affordable housing. The updated filing has more than doubled the dwelling count for the proposal in the Five Wounds neighborhood in San Jose, close to the planned 28th Street/Little Portugal BART Station. Integrated Community Development is the project sponsor.
