New Plans for 3300 Geary Boulevard in Laurel Heights, San Francisco

Preliminary plans have been filed for a residential infill at 3300 Geary Boulevard in San Francisco’s Laurel Heights neighborhood. The project will replace the fire-gutted former home of the dim sum restaurant Hong Kong Lounge II with a seven-story complex with housing and retail. San Jose-based Jeffery Fu is responsible for the application and filing through Five Stars Investment LLC.

A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 6531 Folsom Boulevard in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the demolition of an existing commercial building on the site to make way for a new six-story mixed-use complex offering residential and retail uses. Bains Property Inc bought the property for $1.2 million in May 2024.
